Dog Sitting Service

My Pet Nanny will visit your home once, twice or more often each day, giving you security and peace of mind in your absence. My Pet Nanny can administer medication, follow your animal's special diets or food regime, and will have the understanding, compassion and experience to deal with nervous or timid animals that require a lot of patience and attention. Avoid kennels, with all of the associated trauma and risk of cross-infection. Most importantly, your sitter will give your dog all the affection they need while you're gone, giving you total peace of mind and providing a trustworthy and reliable pet sitting service.

Fees

Our dog sitting service is perfect for social dogs of any age who have to be left alone during the day. Each visit includes a short local walk so your dog can stretch their legs.

One daily visit: £45

Two daily visits: £80

Extended visits are charged at a flat rate of £18 per hour or pro rata

Each additional dog/pet: £15 extra per visit

Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Easter Monday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day will be charged at twice the standard rate.

For locations outside of our immediate area we charge 40p per mile travel expenses.

Each visit lasts a minimum of 30 minutes focusing solely on your dog. 

It can be really distressing for dogs when their human pack leader or family have to travel on business, go away for long weekends or take a holiday. Most dogs hate kennels, and for good reason. No-one likes being left in an unfamiliar place, surrounded by other unhappy dogs. Your best friend is much happier at home with their own bed, toys and territory.  When you book our live-in service your dog will enjoy one-to-one affection during the day and the security of company overnight. Your business trip or holiday will be much more enjoyable knowing that your dog and home are in capable, caring and experienced hands during your absence.

Fees

If you like the combination of a house sitter and dog sitter rolled into one, this is for you. If you don't want your dog to sleep alone or to leave your home unattended, our dog sitter will overnight at your home. All your dog's needs are met and they have the comfort of knowing that someone is there with them all night long. We will also water your plants, bring in the mail and newspapers, turn your lights on and off, take out the rubbish and open and close your curtains or blinds at no extra charge.

£150 per 24 hours (day & night) for up to two pets with a minimum booking period of two days.  10% discount for bookings longer than one week.

Each extra pet £20 per night.

Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Easter Monday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day will be charged at twice the standard rate.

Rates will be higher if you require extensive watering of indoor/outdoor plants, cleaning out of hutches/birdcages/cages/litter trays or any other special circumstances that your cats, other pets or home require.

Rates will be lower for clients travelling for extended periods of time over two weeks. Since each human, dog and home are unique please email to discuss your specific needs.

Total pet sitting and day visit rates are estimated in advance based on the information you give us when you book. The final amount payable may vary from this estimate depending on the actual circumstances encountered and hours worked by our sitter.

Additional charges will apply for last-minute requests, medication by injection and holiday bookings. Since each human, dog and home are unique please email to discuss your specific needs.
