How to Book and Pay

FREE Welcome Wag

When you first contact us we will schedule a free Welcome Wag to meet with you and find out all about your exact requirements. Most importantly we want to meet your animal so we can get to know and interact with them. The Welcome Wag lasts about 30 minutes, and the information we ask for will include:

• Your pet's breed, age and state of health.

• What your exact requirements are, and the start and end times and dates of the booking.

• Feed/supplement/medication schedule.

• Personality and issues, if any.

• Your mobile or hotel number.

• An emergency contact in the event you are unreachable.

• Your veterinarian's contact information.

As you can see, our Welcome Wag helps us gather everything we need. We will keep your information on file so that we are fully ready to be of service whenever you need us, even at short notice. Ideally we appreciate at least 24 hours notice, but in an emergency we will make every effort to accommodate you.

The Booking Procedure

Our booking procedure is very simple. After the Welcome Wag we will ask you to:

• Complete and email back a client booking form, receipt of which constitutes your agreement to use our services.

• Arrange to give us at least one full set of keys if we are visiting you.

Billing

Total pet sitting and day visit rates are estimated in advance based on the information you give us when you book. The final amount payable may vary from this estimate depending on the actual circumstances encountered and hours worked by your Pet Nanny.

A non-refundable fee of 40% of the total is payable to My Pet Nanny when you confirm your booking.

You pay your Pet Nanny the remaining 60% (exclusive of any food and travel costs, which are in addition) by the due date specified on your invoice. Please note that this balance should be paid to them directly, and not to My Pet Nanny.
